اقرار المدين المتضامن بالدين لا يسري في حق الباقين ولا يضار باقي المدينين المتضامنين اذا
وجه اليه الدائن
يمينا فنكل عنها او وجه الى الدائن فحلفها. اما اذا وجه اليه الدائن يمينا فلحفها فان باقي
المدينين يفيدون من ذلك.
