تبدأ المدة المقررة لعدم سماع الدعوى بمرور الزمان من اليوم الذي يصبح فيه الحق مستحق الاداء
ومن وقت تحقق
الشرط اذا كان معلقا على شرط ومن وقت ثبوت الاستحقاق في دعوى ضمان الاستحقاق.
