اذا مات المشتري قبل اختياره وكان له دائن احاط دينه بماله انتقل حق التجربة له والا انتقل هذا
الحق للورثة
فان اتفقوا على اجازة البيع او رده لزم ما اتفقوا عليه وان أجاز البعض ورد الاخر لزم الرد.
