2 - آثار البيع
: اولا: التزامات البائع
أ- نقل الملكية:
1 - تنتقل ملكية المبيع بمجرد تمام البيع الى المشتري ما لم يقض القانون او الاتفاق بغير ذلك.
2 . - ويجب على كل من المتبايعين ان يبادر الى تنفيذ التزاماته الا ما كان منها مؤجلا
