2 - الاشخاص الحكمية:
-: الاشخاص الحكمية هي
1 - الدولة والبلديات بالشروط التي يحددها القانون والمؤسسات العامة و غيرها من المنشآت
التي يمنحها القانون شخصية
حكمية.
2 - الهيئات والطوائف الدينية التي تعترف لها الدولة بشخصية حكمية.
3 . - الوقف
4 . - الشركات التجارية والمدنية
5 . - الجمعيات والمؤسسات المنشأة وفقا لاحكام القانون
6 - كل مجموعة من الاشخاص او الاموال تثبت لها الشخصية الحكمية بمقتضى نص في
