1 - اذا حدث في المبيع زيادة مانعة من الرد ثم ظهر للمشتري عيب قديم فيه فانه يرجع على البائع
بنقصان العيب
وليس للبائع الحق في استرداد المبيع.
2 - والزيادة المانعة هي كل شيء من مال المشتري يتصل بالمبيع.
