1 - للبائع ان يحتبس المبيع حتى يستوفي ما هو مستحق له من الثمن ولو قدم المشتري رهنا او
. كفالة
2 - فاذا قبل البائع تأجيل الثمن سقط حقه في احتباس المبيع والتزم بتسليمه للمشتري.
