اذا لم يكن المبيع في مكان العقد عند التعاقد وكان المشتري يجهله آنئذ ثم علم به بعد ذلك
فله الخيار ان
شاء فسخ المبيع او أمضاه وتسلم المبيع في مكان وجوده.
