نفقات تسليم الثمن وعقد البيع وتسجيله وغير ذلك من نفقات تكون على المشتري ونفقات
تسليم المبيع تكون على
البائع ما لم يوجد اتفاق او نص في قانون خاص يقضي بغير ذلك.
