Article text
1 - يجوز للواهب استرداد الهبة اذا اشترط في العقد حق استردادها في حالة عدم قيام الموهوب
له بالتزامات
معينة لمصلحة الواهب او من يهمه امره فلم يقم بها.
2 - فاذا كان الموهوب هالكا او كان الموهوب له قد تصرف فيه استحق الواهب قيمته وقت
