1 - تعتبر الشركة شخصا حكميا بمجرد تكوينها.
2 - ولا يحتج بهذه الشخصية على الغير الا بعد استيفاء اجراءات التسجيل والنشر التي يقررها

3 - ولكن للغير ان يتمسك بهذه الشخصية رغم عدم استيفاء الاجراءات المشار اليها.
