4 - آثار الشركة
1 - يلزم الشريك الذي له حق تدبير مصالح الشركة ان يبذل في سبيل ذلك من العناية ما يبذله في
تدبير مصالحه
الخاصة الا اذا كان منتدبا للعمل باجر فلا يجوز له ان ينزل عن عناية الرجل المعتاد.
2 - ويلزمه ايضا ان يمتنع عن اي تصرف يلحق الضرر بالشركة او يخالف الغرض الذي انشئت من
