يقوم المصفي بجميع اعمال التصفية من جرد موجودات الشركة واستيفاء حقوقها ووفاء
ديونها وبيع اموالها حتى
يصبح المال مهيأ للقسمة مراعيا في كل ذلك القيود المنصوص عليها في امر تعيينه وليس له
ان يقوم بعمل لا تقتضيه التصفية.
