Article text
1 - يقسم مال الشركة بين الشركاء بعد وفاء حقوق الدائنين وحفظ مبلغ لوفاء الديون غير الحالة
او المتنازع
عليها كما تؤدى النفقات الناشئة عن التصفية.
2 - ويختص كل شريك بمبلغ يتناسب مع حصته في رأس المال، كما ينال من الربح ويتحمل من
الخسارة النسبة المتفق عليها او
المنصوص عليها في احكام هذا القانون.
