التزامات المؤجر
1 - تسليم المأجور:
1 - على المؤجر تسليم المأجور وتوابعه في حالة تصلح معها لاستيفاء المنفعة المقصودة

2 - ويتم التسليم بتمكين المستأجر من قبض المأجور دون مانع يعوق الانتفاع به مع بقائه في
يده بقاء متصلا حتى تنقضي
مدة الايجار.
