1 - اذا احدث المستأجر باذن المؤجر انشاءات او اصلاحات لمنفعة المأجور او صيانته رجع عليه بما
انفقه بالقدر
المتعارف عليه وان لم يشترط له حق الرجوع.
2 - اما اذا كان ما احدثه المستأجر عائدا لمنفعته الشخصية فليس له حق الرجوع على المؤجر ما
