انتهاء الايجار
1 - ينتهي الايجار بانتهاء المدة المحددة في العقد ما لم يشترط تجديده تلقائيا.
2 - اذا انتهى عقد الايجار وبقي المستأجر منتفعا بالمأجور برضى المؤجر الصريح او الضمني اعتبر
