Article text
1 - اذا استأجر شخص الارض للزراعة شمل الايجار جميع حقوقها ولا تدخل الادوات والالات الزراعية
وما لا يتصل
بالارض اتصال قرار الا بنص في العقد.
2 - فاذا تناول العقد ايجار الادوات والالات الزراعية وغيرها وجب على المستأجر ان يتعهدها
بالصيانة وان يستعملها طبقا
للمألوف.
