Article text
1 - يلزم المؤجر اجراء الاصلاحات التي يتوقف عليها استيفاء المنفعة المقصودة.
2 - على المستأجر اجراء الاصلاحات التي يقتضيها الانتفاع المعتاد ، بالارض وصيانة السواقي
والمصارف والطرق والقناطر
والابار.
3 - وهذا كله ما لم يجر الاتفاق او العرف بغير ذلك.
