1 - على المزارع ان يبذل في الزراعة وفي المحافظة على الارض وما يتبعها وعلى الزرع
والمحصول من العناية
ما يبذله الشخص العادي.
2 - فاذا قصر في شيء من ذلك ونشأ عن تقصيره ضرر كان ضامنا له.
