Article text
1 - لا تصح اجارة الوقف باقل من اجر المثل الا بغبن يسير ويلزم المستأجر باتمام اجر المثل ودفع ما
نقص منه
عن المدة الماضية من العقد وله الخيار في فسخه او القبول باجر المثل عن المدة الباقية.
2 - ويجري تقدير اجر المثل من قبل الخبراء في الوقت الذي ابرم فيه العقد ولا يعتد بالتغيير
الطارىء أثناء المدة المعقود
عليها.
