لا يجوز للزوجة بغير اذن الزوج اعارة شيء مملوك له ولا يكون عادة تحت يدها فان فعلت وهلكت
العارية او تعيبت
كان للزوج الخيار في الرجوع عليها او على المستعير بالضمان.
