2 - التزامات المستعير:
1 . - على المستعير ان يعتني بحفظ العين المستعارة او صيانتها عناية الشخص العادي بما له
2 . - فاذا قصر في دفع ضرر عن العارية وكان يستطيع دفعه كان ملزما بالضمان
