1 - لا يجوز لمن وكل بشراء شيء معين ان يشتريه لنفسه ويكون الشراء للموكل ولو صرح بأنه
. يشتريه لنفسه
2 - ولا يجوز للوكيل بالشراء ان يبيع ماله لموكله.
