1 - اذا كان الوكيل بالبيع غير مقيد بالبيع نقدا فله ان يبيع مال موكله نقدا او نسيئة حسب العرف.
2 - واذا باع الوكيل نسيئة فله ان يأخذ رهنا او كفيلا على المشتري بما باعه نسيئة وان لم يفوضه
