للموكل ان يعزل وكيله متى اراد الا اذا تعلق بالوكالة حق للغير او كانت قد صدرت لصالح
الوكيل فانه لا يجوز
للموكل ان ينهيها او يقيدها دون موافقة من صدرت لصالحه.
