1 - يجب على المودع لديه ان يعنى بحفظ الوديعة عناية الشخص العادي بحفظ ماله وعليه ان
. يضعها في حرز مثلها
2 - وله ان يحفظها بنفسه او بمن يأتمنه على حفظ ماله ممن يعولهم.
