لا يجوز للحارس في غير اعمال الحفظ والادارة ان يتصرف الا برضاء اطراف النزاع او باذن من
القضاء ما لم
تكن هناك ضرورة ملحة يخشى معها على الغلة او المال المنقول الفساد او الهلاك.
