تنتهي الحراسة باتمام العمل او باتفاق ذوي الشأن او بحكم القضاء وعلى الحارس عندئذ ان
يبادر الى رد ما
في عهدته الى من يتفق عليه ذوو الشأن او تعينه المحكمة.
