1 - الايجاب والقبول كل لفظين مستعملين عرفا لانشاء العقد واي لفظة صدر اولا فهو ايجاب
. والثاني قبول
2 - ويكون الايجاب والقبول بصيغة الماضي، كما يكونان بصيغة المضارع او بصيغة الامر اذا اريد
