1 - اذا كان الرهان بين اثنين او فئتين جاز ان يكون بذل العوض من احدهما او من غيرهما ويعتبر
كل فئة بحكم
الشخص الواحد في الالتزام بالجعل.
2 - و يجوز ان يكون الجعل عينا او دينا حالا او مؤجلا او بعضه حالا وبعضه مؤجلا.
