مع مراعاة احكام المادة السابقة يجوز ان يتم التأمين ضد الاخطار الناجمة عن الحوادث
الشخصية وطوارىء العمل
والسرقة وخيانة الامانة وضمان السيارات والمسؤولية المدنية وكل الحوادث التي جرى العرف و
القوانين الخاصة على التأمين
ضدها.
