2 - آثار العقد:
: أ- التزامات المؤمن له
يلتزم المؤمن له:
1 - بأن يدفع المبالغ المتفق عليها في الاجل المحدد في العقد.
2 - وان يقرر وقت ابرام العقد كل المعلومات التي يهم المؤمن معرفتها لتقدير المخاطر التي
. يأخذها على عاتقه
3 - وان يخطر المؤمن بما يطرأ اثناء مدة العقد من امور تؤدي الى زيادة هذه المخاطر.
