1 - يجب على من يؤمن على شيء او مصلحة لدى اكثر من مؤمن ان يخطر كلا منهم بالتأمينات
الاخرى وقيمة كل منها
واسماء غيره من المؤمنين.
2 - ويجب الا تتجاوز قيمة التأمين - اذا تعدد المؤمنون - قيمة الشيء او المصلحة المؤمن عليها.
