التأمين من الحريق الذي يعقد على منقولات المؤمن له جملة وتكون موجودة وقت الحريق في
الاماكن التي يشغلها
يمتد اثره الى الاشياء المملوكة لاعضاء اسرته والاشخاص الملحقين بخدمته اذا كانوا معه في
معيشة واحدة.
