1 - ليس للكفيل ان يرجع على الاصيل بشيء مما يؤديه عنه الا اذا كانت الكفالة بطلبه او
موافقته وقام الكفيل
بادائها.
2 - وليس له ان يرجع بما عجل اداءه من الدين المؤجل الا بعد حلول الاجل.
