1 - تكون الحوالة مقيدة او مطلقة.
2 - فالحوالة المقيدة هي التي تقيد بادائها من الدين الذي للمحيل في ذمة المحال عليه او من
العين التي في يده امانة
او مضمونة.
3 - والحوالة المطلقة هي التي لم تقيد بشيء من ذلك ولو كان موجودا.
