تصح احالة المستحق في الوقف غريمه حوالة مقيدة باستحقاقه على متولي الوقف، اذا كانت
غلة الوقف متحصلة في
يده وقبل الحوالة ، ولا تصح الحوالة بالاستحقاق اذا لم تكن الغلة متحصلة في يد المتولي.
