اذا طلب أحد الفريقين الاطلاع على مستندات موجودة في حيازة الفريق الآخر أو في عهدته ولم
يشر اليها في لائحته يجب
عليه أن يبين المستندات التي يحق له الاطلاع عليها وللمحكمة أن تمتنع عن اصدار قرار بالاطلاع
على هذه المستندات اذا
رأت أن اصداره غير ضروري للفصل في الدعوى أو للاقتصاد في المصاريف.
