يجوز للمحكمة أن تسمح لأي فريق بأن يعدل في لائحته على أساس الشروط التي تتوفر فيها
العدالة وتجري جميع هذه التعديلات
بمقدار ما تتطلبه الضرورة لتقرير المسائل الحقيقية المتنازع عليها.
