الباب السادس
وقف الدعوى وإسقاطها ودفع المال
الفصل الأول
وقف لدعوى وإسقاطها
تأمر المحكمة بوقف الدعوى اذا رأت تعليق الحكم في موضوعها على الفصل في مسألة أخرى
يتوقف عليها الحكم. وبمجرد زوال
سبب الوقف يكون لأي من الخصوم طلب السير في الدعوى.
