1 - اسقاط الدعوى وفقاً لأحكام هذا القانون لا يسقط الحق ولا الادعاء به ولا يحول دون تجديد
. الدعوى
2 - إذا سقطت الدعوى لمدة تزيد على سنتين تعتبر هذه الدعوى كأن لم تكن دون المساس بالإقرارات
