يبلغ الدائن صورة مصدقة عن البيان الذي يقدمه الشخص الثالث سواء أكان هذا البيان يتضمن
الاعتراف بوجود مال لديه للمدين
أم لا ، ولا حاجة لدعوة الشخص الثالث لحضور المحاكمة الأصلية القائمة بين الدائن والمدين اذا
كان بيانه يتضمن الاعتراف
الا اذا رأت المحكمة لزوم حضوره وقررت دعوته.
