الباب العاشر
طرق الطعن في الأحكام
الفصل الأول
أحكام عامة
1 . ) الطعن في الأحكام للمحكوم عليه
2 ) للمحكوم له أن يطعن في الحكم اذا اعتمد على أسباب خلاف الأسباب التي بني عليها
. الادعاء أو على أحد هذه الأسباب
ولا يجوز له أن يطعن في الحكم الذي قبله صراحه أو ضمنا ما لم ينص القانون على غير ذلك.
3 - لا يجوز للمحكمة أن تسويء مركز الطاعن بالطعن المرفوع منه وحده.
