موطن القاصر والمحجور عليه والمفقود والغائب هو موطن من ينوب عنه قانونا ، وموطن
الشخص الاعتباري هو المكان الذي يوجد فيه مركز ادارته ، والأشخاص الاعتبارية التي يكون
مركزها في الخارج ، ولها فروع في الأردن يعتبر مركز فرعها موطنا لها.
