1 ) يبلغ المميز ضده نسخة من لائحة التمييز مرفقة بصورة الحكم المميز.
2 ) للمميز ضده ان يقدم لائحة جوابية خلال عشرة أيام من اليوم التالي لتاريخ تبليغه لائحة
التمييز، وله ان يرفق بها
مذكرة توضيحية مطبوعة.
