Article text
1 ) يقدم طلب اعادة المحاكمة باستدعاء الى المحكمة التي أصدرت الحكم بالأوضاع المعتادة
. للدعوى
2 ) يجب أن يشتمل الاستدعاء على بيان الحكم المطعون فيه، وأسباب الطعن والا كان باطلا.
3 ) يجب على الطالب أن يقوم في الميعاد المنصوص عليه في المادة السابقة بدفع الرسوم
