1 - قاضي الامور المستعجلة هو رئيس محكمة البداية او من يقوم مقامه او من ينتدبه لذلك من
قضاتها وقاضي الصلح في الدعاوى
التي تدخل ضمن اختصاصه.
2 - تختص محكمة الاستئناف بالنظر والفصل في الطلبات المتعلقة بالامور المستعجلة التي
تقدم اليها بشأن الدعاوى المنظورة
امامها.
