في الدعاوى المتضمنة طلب اتخاذ اجراء مؤقت أو مستعجل يكون الاختصاص للمحكمة التي
يقع في دائرتها موطن المدعى عليه
أو المحكمة المطلوب حصول الاجراء في دائرتها.
وفي المنازعات المستعجلة المتعلقة بتنفيذ الأحكام والسندات يكون الاختصاص للمحكمة
التي يجري في دائرتها التنفيذ.
