إذا لم يكن للمدعي عليه موطن ولا سكن في الأردن ولم يتيسر تعيين المحكمة المختصة
بمقتضى الأحكام المتقدمة يكون الاختصاص
للمحكمة التي يقع في دائرتها موطن المدعي أو محل عمله فان لم يكن له موطن ولا محل
عمل في الأردن كان الاختصاص لمحكمة
عمان.
